  8. A favorite John Wayne quote on courage came to mind. I posted a previously written piece, which is not exactly a direct take on the picture, but it has to do with strength and courage (and it's the first thing that came to mind when I saw this weeks picture!) Thanks for sharing such a great image!

  13. I haven't seen any John Wayne films except "The Quiet Man" either...and my story is not about Wayne...but I got as close as I could with a story I wrote a week or two earlier. Hopefully it works for ya.

  23. I went into this one blind as a bat! I know virtually nothing about the wild west/cattle ranch genre so I just bottled it and scribbled the first thingg that came into my head. Haha I sucked at this one!
