Thanks for posting,

I will try to cook up stuff based on this image,

what a tickling start.

you rock!

I went ahead and posted it early so people can be thinking about a story.

:)

perfect.

it does take a moment to write based on the image,

also, writers need some time to get used to this new blog..

have fun..will link tomorrow.

Sounds good and thanks..Any rules? max words? Cut off date? Will there be a linky and list of participnts? Would love to try...

Lyn,

no rules,

it is similar to magpie tale, do what you wish to do and enjoy.

This is terrific! I think I'm in. I've got a blog schedule to fulfill today but if that goes simply (and it should) then I will start working on a short piece for this prompt.

I like the picture - the whole idea rocks! I should look around some more, but I haven't noticed yet what the deadline is.

Thanks Bluebell!

how does this exactly work?! i don't get it? what's the purpose of the picture? does it work as a theme?
enlighten me please :)

Jingle said...

sina,

the idea is to write a story or poem based on the image you see,

everyone has different take.
enjoy yours.

this is not theme, it is an image and it is up to you to choose a theme.

Missy said...

Yes the photo is the subject matter you write about. It can be a poem, a short story whatever, then come back here an place a link to your story/poem/thought and people can stop by and read it.

*NOTE* to all those I haven't commented on I've read your pieces and enjoyed the variety of takes on the photo. I couldn't leave a message because blogger was down, but I wanted you to know I did stop by and read them.

Hi Everybody ~~ I have added my name. I noticed that the first prompt is the same picture as the sticky image that I've used on my blog home page . Anyway , I'm looking forward to this challenge .

I posted the wrong story first time - sorry! Still give it a read if you want.

Amropali said...

I couldn't post a story on time owing to some technical problem with blogger.

will post for the next prompt.

Missy said...

Actually that photo is my photo so if it was used they'd had to hack into my computer to get it LOL. I took that last year at a wine festival.

I'm not sure if it's too late , but I posted my contribution for the first prompt

Hi..I made a mistake with originally posting, so #31 can be deleted (it WILL go to my page, but when I write another story the slam won't show up. Sorry. I put in #33 the right way.
